19th Sept 2023 - I had reached out to them today mid day to arrange a gift for my Sons birthday. It was via whatsapp. Response was spontaneous and very quick correspondence. Order was placed and items were gift wrapped and sent with a personalised note. It was delivered within a matter of hours even with prevailing inclement weather. Very professional, very fast and prompt. As to the originality of the product, that's yet to be determined due to the gift being unopened. Will update originality later. Bravo Perfuma.lk!
