19th Sept 2023 - I had reached out to them today mid day to arrange a gift for my Sons birthday. It was via whatsapp. Response was spontaneous and very quick correspondence. Order was placed and items were gift wrapped and sent with a personalised note. It was delivered within a matter of hours even with prevailing inclement weather.
